Happy Holidays is a red gift box with a silver bow. He will give a student a random item upon contact and say "Merry Christmas! Here's a free item.". After giving his item, he will teleport to a random spot in the school. He shares the same item pool as the School Surplus vending machines. His gender is unknown but is probably a male.
Happy Holidays also appears in Old Baldi's Basics Roblox Remastered as a character who only roams around the school.

- In OBBR, Happy Holidays can get stuck in the ceiling very commonly.
- There is a chance Happy Holidays will not give you an item when touched in BBM.
